"The Shepherds" Collection
The immense richness of the Languedoc terroirs allows for the production of all kinds of wines. Among these, the Roussanne, Marsanne, Grenache Blanc and Noir, Syrah, and Mourvèdre grape varieties have become widely popular
In mythology, there is a shepherdess, Astraea, and a shepherd, Celadon, who, while tending their flock in the Mediterranean scrubland, eventually fall in love after all sorts of adventures. This collection is dedicated to them, as good guardians of our little sheep!
Astrée
A blend of Grenache, Syrah, and Mourvèdre grapes grown on rolled pebbles, with light oak aging that adds complexity and elegance. A concentrated cuvée with deliberately Mediterranean accents!
Celadon
Roussanne and Marsanne from the upper cantons vinified in demi-muids of oak and acacia, giving birth to this persistent and dense white wine which retains great freshness.

The Collections
Collection "Les Moutons"
Animal used since the dawn of time in viticulture, the sheep is back in force in the vines for the past decade. This is called eco -movement. What could be more formidable than these woolful and affectionate mowers, which hold clean vines! We wanted to pay tribute to them, as well as to the winemakers who lent themselves to the exercise.
Collection "Les Bergers"
In mythology, the Astrée and Céladon shepherds watch over their herd. These two wines are the "guards" of the previous range.
This resolutely southern accent is the result of the assembly of traditional grape varieties ...
