François

Aged 41, an oenologist and co-founder, he manages the winemaking unit. He selects grapes from various partner vineyards and vinifies them. He also handles administrative matters.

Benoît

At 35, he's the salesman. He travels to meet distributors all over the world, calls them all by their first name, and builds a genuine relationship of trust with each one. He also handles all customs and tax matters in each country.

Kelly

Thirty years old, always smiling as her second-in-command, she handles the organization of the bottling operations, cleaning, and logistical issues. Her dedication and good humor are matched only by her competence.
